- What not to eat in dengue?
Cases of dengue are increasing very fast nowadays. Anyone who sees it has a problem with fever and joint pain. So let us tell you how to avoid this disease?
The notion that dengue is a mosquito-borne disease is not entirely true. Dengue is actually a viral disease. But dengue is a viral disease that has four types:
- DENV1
- DENV2
- DENV3
- DENV4
Dengue fever is a type of viral fever. Which is spread by mosquitoes. Simply put, there are moderate mosquitoes that spread the dengue virus. Mosquitoes called Aedes aegyptus and Aedes albopractus can be its carriers, meaning that if one of these two mosquitoes bites you, you can get dengue. These same mosquitoes also cause diseases such as chickenpox or yellow fever.

What happens to the baby of a pregnant lady?
Yes, if a pregnant lady gets dengue, she can also carry dengue on her offspring.
Symptoms:-
Having a high fever
Fever rises
Restlessness or nausea
Skin rashes
headache
Body aches
Bone pain
Symptoms usually last 2 to 7 days and then subside.
Severe symptoms
-Happy body and abdominal pain
-Continuous vomiting
-Bleeding from the gums or vomiting of blood
- Bleeding in the trees
Such cases urgently require hospitalization under the observation of a specialist doctor. Otherwise serious consequences may be suffered.
Test
Most dengue tests are simple. All you have to do is donate blood and be able to diagnose easily.
The IgM and NS1 protein tests are the two main critical tests for this.
If both tests are done, a confirmed diagnosis can be made.
In many cases IgM may be positive for a short time even after the symptoms have subsided and after treatment. So that's not a big concern. Because it indicates that the patient recently contracted dengue.
Apart from this, a decrease in platelet count in the blood count also indicates that there is dengue.
This phenomenon is called thrombocytopenia. Generally, our body should have 1.5 lakh to 3.5 lakh platelets. But in dengue it decreases which is called thrombocytopenia.

Treatment

2) Liquid means take as much as you can. It is very important to stay hydrated. Keep taking juice coconut water or lemon water etc.
3) Rest- should rest as much as possible. Patients often do not want to rest due to body aches but remember that bed rest is the only treatment.
4) Digestive food should be taken. Heavy food should not be taken at all. Fermented Items Bakery Items Gaseous cold drinks and not all digestible items.
4) Keep taking medicines as per the doctor's advice for other symptoms.

Don't eat
According to some experts, drinking cherry or cow's milk can reduce platelets. Apart from this, you should not eat anything that is heavy in digestion. Eating Valol Papadi, Bhinda, Bajri etc. should be avoided. It is beneficial to stop food packets and spicy fried items. Hot water should be used for drinking instead of cold water.
What happens to papaya leaves
Many people do not believe in the role of papaya leaves in dengue. But this is a slightly controversial topic. It is widely believed that papaya leaves play a role in increasing platelet count in patients, but doctors have not confirmed this. Because the information that supports its scientific theory is not so much available.
According to Ayurveda, this is a type of fever. I.e. fever. You may have read a lot about the use of medicines like restraint in fever but the use of papaya leaves to get rid of fever is not directly supported.
However, according to some research, the content called acetogenin found in papaya plays a big role in increasing platelets. Apart from this, anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties are also found. So it can be said that if the stool is not very hot, there is no harm in eating papaya or even eating it.
There are also some tablets available in the market which provide papaya leaves as an extract.
