With reference to the above subject and reference, it is prescribed to make the transfer of demand of primary teacher / teaching assistant online through computerized system as per the provisions of the reference resolution of the Department of Education - District Internal Demand Transfer. All the District Primary Education Officers / Govt. Officers should study the above resolution adequately and carry out the procedure of internal transfer camp on the following dates as per the applicable provisions.

4. In case the primary teacher has already been transferred internally or district wise and has not been dismissed due to more than 10% vacancy, the original school vacancy shall be shown as vacancy and the vacancy in the transfer school shall be deemed to be filled.



5. If the name for any place in a district has been ordered by the High Court to vacate the place by an interim order and in case the final judgment of the case is pending, proceedings shall be conducted as per the order of the High Court. So that the question of contempt of name does not arise,

The government has stepped in to make primary education more effective and quality. A new cadre of Head Cadre has been formed to lead the primary schools. Which is a matter of pride for the entire state and for us. The education world and society have many expectations from the principal who is the forerunner of primary schools in primary education which is an integral part of the educational journey.


According to the details of the judgment of 3255/2019 and the adjudicating court cases dated 25/08/2021, only in the case of the adjudicating petitioners, as per the resolution dated 26/10/2020 in Vadh-Ghat Camp 2020, the seniority option of the teacher was taken into consideration instead of the original.  Seniority should be considered considering the date of admission in the school.  Please note that after the Headmaster Assassination Camp 2019, petitions have been filed in the High Court by the Head Teachers of different districts, out of which in some cases the names have been stayed by the High Court.

STRUCTURE:-

NEGATIVE POINT OF MCQ:-

The most serious disadvantage is the limited types of knowledge that can be assessed by multiple choice tests. Multiple choice tests are best adapted for testing well-defined or lower-order skills. Problem-solving and higher-order reasoning skills are better assessed through short-answer and essay tests.
