With reference to the above subject and reference, it is prescribed to make the transfer of demand of primary teacher / teaching assistant online through computerized system as per the provisions of the reference resolution of the Department of Education - District Internal Demand Transfer. All the District Primary Education Officers / Govt. Things to keep in mind at the time of internal change

2. You have to login and change the password and enter the vacancies. As per the provision of Chapter-K (3) of the Reference Resolution of the Department of Education, when the camp is declared, in case of the first date of that month, the department will have to consider the subject wise net vacancies, i.e. as on 01/06/2022, the net vacancies will have to be uploaded. When uploading vacancies, in case of teachers who have been ordered to allot school as per option in the district division, the existing school of the teacher should be shown as vacancies. And which has been allocated to the school. That 3.


4. In case the primary teacher has already been transferred internally or district wise and has not been dismissed due to more than 10% vacancy, the original school vacancy shall be shown as vacancy and the vacancy in the transfer school shall be deemed to be filled.


5. If the name for any place in a district has been ordered by the High Court to vacate the place by an interim order and in case the final judgment of the case is pending, proceedings shall be conducted as per the order of the High Court. So that the question of contempt of name does not arise,

Regarding the letter dated 19/05/2022 of this office regarding the working schools submitted by you.


According to the details (school name, school decode, pay-center name and pay-center decode) details have to be re-verified and vacancies have to be uploaded online. If any administrative or legal question arises regarding the execution of the transfer order after the school has been selected by the primary teacher / teaching assistant due to uploading of wrong school / dyscode / vacancies, you will be fully responsible for it. As per the provisions of Chapter-6 of the General Instruction Resolution-14 of the Reference Resolution of the Department of Education, the primary teacher / education assistant who is participating in the exchange of any type of demand has mature age and sufficient understanding and other candidate is likely to be unfairly selected once the district / school selected. Cannot be canceled under any circumstances. So only those primary teachers / educators who really want to make an internal transfer have to apply for an internal transfer online on the suggested website.

There should be no fear of discrimination, corporal punishment, abuse or bullying in schools.  In addition, teachers need to adopt DAM's teaching methods and pedagogical methods in such a way that all children can participate equally in the learning process.  The classroom environment should be such that the child can feel happy and relaxed instead of boredom, fear or loneliness.  


It is important to create a safe and inclusive environment for all children (scholars) to support the basic right to education given to all children.  Every child has the right to go to school with their community, teachers and classmates should accept it together and include them in normal schools.  Studies(Research on such matters) suggests that this type of inclusion is expensive but more effective than academically and socially isolated (specialized) schools.  


Everyone benefits if they are taught with all the children without thinking about their strengths and the need for education and this is the landmark of inclusive education.  While schools and teachers should fulfill their responsibility to provide quality education and give children the opportunity to learn, we must understand that the teacher should consider the shortcomings in the teaching-learning situation rather than looking at the abilities in the children if the shortcomings are to be addressed.  While we must understand that the whole meaning of education is to build not only inclusive schools but also an inclusive society.
