Who have cleansed and flourished the lives of millions of people who have not been banned from any manners. That freed millions of people from addiction. If people anoint the God who is sitting in the temple with milk, then why do they anoint the God who is sitting inside the heart with addictions like alcohol and tobacco?
Explaining the assurances given to God in simple language in the Gita inspired the Lord to work. Only one great man in the world said that you can do devotion even if you have done your best in any field. So it makes sense to say
"Jaha bhakti me kriti samai, jaha bhav purna kriti hai mahkai. Kriti bhakti ka mail jaha nisfit mere dada waha ...."
He explained that sitting in front of God is not devotion but whatever you do, keeping God in the center is also devotion to God and faith in God. The devotee who is not separated from God has created such an understanding. That is why it is called
"Jaha karma me jeevan tanmay, jaha karma vijnan samanvya. Vijnan dharma ka mail jaha nispit mere dada waha"

(1) Who wakes us up when we get out of bed in the morning? Not only wakes up, but also awakens. Gives memory along with the world
(2) Who runs my digestive system when I eat lunch. Who makes the red blood of food? Despite the different types of food, why is the color of each person's blood only red? Who did that The vitality that is given by making blood from the food eaten should be remembered with gratitude.
(3) Sleeping in bed at night makes us sleepy. We do not know when and how sleep comes. Because, God takes care of us with Maa Vatsalya. So we can relax comfortably and feel the communication of excitement as soon as we get up.
That is why the virtue of gratitude teaches to manifest. These are the three main actions of human life, if we do not remember his favors with gratitude.

2. This verse should be recited while standing with the feet on the ground from the bed and hanging the first legs from the bed towards the ground in the air while sitting in the bed and paying homage to the mother earth.

Vishnupatni namastubhyam padasparsh kshamsva me.
