Primary education is that the foundation of development of each citizen who determines the longer term of the country. India has recently made good progress in enrolling in primary education, maintaining education, regular attendance and increasing literacy, which incorporates two-thirds of India’s population. India’s improved education system is taken into account to contribute to India’s good economic process . At an equivalent time, the standard of primary education in India is becoming vital .

Free and compulsory education for each child up to the age of 14 is provided for within the Constitution of India. Parliament has recently passed the proper to Education Act which considers education as a basic right for a toddler of 6-14 years.

The cadre of Head Teacher (HTAT) will now be considered academic instead of administrative.  
Headmaster (HTAT) will be given higher pay scale of 9-20-31 without passing any kind of departmental examination.  It has been decided to give a higher salary scale of 200-300-200 to those who have been promoted and a higher salary scale of 200-300-200 to those who have been directly recruited.  



The head teacher (HTAT) cadre is destined to be considered as vacational as the teacher.  Head Teacher (HTAT) will be given session benefits at the time of retirement.  As it has been decided to give higher pay scale of 12-7 to the Assistant Education Inspector, if the promotion of the headmaster is done in place of the Assistant Education Inspector, there will be financial loss.  



Anyone who wants to can take the exam and become an Assistant Education Supervisor.  Note - Other options are being considered by the government for head teachers who have been shifted to over setup.  Our TOP PRIORITY is still on the point.  The result will be 100%.

Field level underwriting can also be referred to as primary underwriting.  This involves gathering information through an agent or company representative to decide whether the applicant is eligible for valid insurance coverage.

Much of the decision made in the pursuit of fraud oversight and the role of the agent as the primary underwriter depends on the facts disclosed by the proposer in the proposal form.  It can be difficult for an underwriter sitting in the underwriting section to know whether these facts are false and whether they have been fraudulently misrepresented with intent to deceive.  



Here the agent plays a significant role.  He or she is in the best position to ensure that the facts presented are true, as the agent is in direct or indirect contact with the person holding the proposed life insurance and therefore with intent to mislead if not intentionally disclosed or misrepresented.  So can check it out.
