Subject: Regarding the planning and implementation for all the unit tests after the first unit test
Reference: (1) Resolution No. of the Education Department: BMSH / 1120/15/6 Dt. 3031/30 dated 07/06/2021
with Jayabharat to state the above subject and reference to state that as per the reference letter (2), the first unit test question papers were sent by the board on 15/06/2021 to all the district education officers by password protected. . It has come to our notice that a solution of question papers has been posted on YouTube on social media two days before the test by some channels.
Such an incident is a matter of disruption to our management. There is a reprehensible attempt to publish the unit test on social media to test the study-teaching of the students' curriculum. Therefore, for proper resolution of such incidents, all subsequent unit tests are scheduled as follows. Which is requested to be strictly implemented in all the districts. Instructions regarding planning and implementation of unit test:> Resolution number of education department: Bamash / 1120/12 / six.
Pursuant to 19/08/2050, schools will have to organize unit test every month. > According to the above resolution, Gujarati, Mathematics, Science and Social Sciences in Std-9 and 10 while for Std-11 and 12 Science streams, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as well as English for General Stream, Nama Basics, Commercial System, Psychology, Economics and Statistics unit test question papers will be prepared by the board every month.
Unit subjects other than those (subjects for which the unit question papers are not sent by the board) unit test schools will have to remove the question papers in their own way and organize as per the convenience in the planning of the school's monthly schedule. E.g. No one from school

The subjects of Std-12 general stream class-A students are as follows: Gujarati (001), Hindi (008), English (017), Sociology (12), Psychology (121), Geography (12) and Computer (21). Among the subjects, if the question papers and timetable of psychology and English are sent by the board, the school will have to conduct a monthly unit test of a total of five subjects. -
Each month the Board will send a circular regarding the planning of the test along with the unit schedule of subjects and the syllabus of the subjects to be taken by the Board. Apart from that, the school will have to plan the schedule of unit test of subjects and syllabus of subjects and question papers. It is desirable that the planning be coordinated at the SVS (School Development Complex) level. Schools / SVS complexes can conduct unit tests as per their own academic planning as per convenience.
Regarding the unit test of subjects taken by the board, a nodal officer (class-3) has to be appointed from the district education officer level. Also soft copy of District Wise Unit Test question papers will be given from here on confidential e-mail address. - The question paper will be sent to the e-mail address of the nodal officer on the date fixed by the board. - The nodal officer has to send these question papers to the SVS convener on the date fixed by the board to the confidential e-mail address. >
Principals of Government Granted / Private Schools included in their complex at svc level will have to print one by one copies of the question papers received from the Board and prepare school wise sealed cover. This sealed cover must be signed by the SVS convener and the principal. - Principal of Government / Granted / Private School will have to get one copy of unit test question papers of Std-9 to 12 from the respective SVS level. The pagewise cost of copying the question papers will have to be paid at SVS level. -

A copy of the question papers obtained by the principal of the school should be kept in his custody by copying according to the number of students on the day before the unit test as per the schedule fixed by the board. - At the school level, the unit test will have to be conducted at the school level as per the schedule fixed by the board. - Om, GS & HSEB - DEO Level Nodal Officer (Class-II) - SVs (School Development Complex) - Principals of Government Granted / Private Schools.
> Thus, all the secondary and higher secondary schools (science stream, general stream, postgraduate stream and vocational stream) accredited by G.M. and U.M. The unit test of all the subjects has to be conducted as per this circular and the marks of the planned unit test and the answer script documents have to be kept at the school level.
All subsequent unit tests will have to be conducted as per the above instructions. A separate circular will be issued later for instructions regarding the exit examination. In pursuance of this circular, the District Education Officer is requested to carry out annual management procedures and planning.
