The petition filed by Sagira named Tia Gupta was answered by the Center through this affidavit, Tia Gupta demanded immediate vaccination for minors in the age group of 12 to 17 years.  The Center had informed the Supreme Court last month.  Zydus Cadila, on the other hand, said on July 1 that it plans to roll out the ZyCoV-D vaccine in 45 to 60 days, subject to the approval of the Drug Controller General of India (DCGI).

Vaccine manufacturers also said that initially, it could produce four to five million doses a month, which would rise to 10 million a month after the start of their new manufacturing facility by the end of July.  Meanwhile, in its new affidavit in the Delhi High Court, the Center had also informed that DCGI has allowed Bharat Biotech to conduct clinical trials on healthy volunteers for its vaccine i.e. covacin for children.  The covacin trial is set for May 12.

CHILDREN WILL GET ZYCOV-D VACCINE FROM OCTOBER 2021

Schools are being opened in various states after the second wave slowed down, although parents are currently unwilling to send their children to school, mainly because the country does not have anti-cora vaccines for children.

Currently, there is not a single vaccine available in the country to prevent coronavirus infection, although AIIMS director Dr.  Randeep Gularia has also said that schools should be considered in areas where the positivity rate is less than 5 per cent.

"The corona vaccine will be available by the end of September. The data from the start of clinical trials on covacaine children is very encouraging. In that case, you need to know about the vaccine and what the vaccine is likely to be in the near future," he said.

 Covacin for children 2-6 years

Dr.  According to Guleria, the second dose of covacin is likely to be given to children aged 2-6 next week, while the second dose of covacin has already been given to children aged 6-12 at Delhi AIIMS.

ZyCoV-D for the age group of 12-18 years

Similarly, Zydus Cadila has completed a clinical trial of its DNA-based Covid-19 vaccine ZyCoV-D for the 12-18 age group, and it may be available in the country in the near future.

Pfizer-Bioentech vaccine also gets green light

If the Pfizer-Bioentech vaccine gets the green light in India, it could also be a good option for children.  The use of the modern Corona vaccine for children between the ages of 12 and 17 has been approved in Europe, it remains to be seen whether the vaccine will be available in India and if so, for how long.

The whole world has been fighting Corona for the last two years.  During this time many people lost their relatives and many lost their jobs. At present the governments of all countries are vigorously running vaccination programs to save as many people as possible from the scourge of corona.  The vaccination program was first opened for people aged 60 years and older, then in the second round the vaccination program was launched for people aged 18 to 60 years and the vaccination program is still going on.

Schools have been gradually reopened along with the recent lifting of restrictions imposed during the Corona period.  The government is now preparing to launch a vaccination program for these smallpox patients, amid reports that the third phase of corona is going to be very heavy for children.  Currently, in the midst of these preparations, India has one more success against Corona.

BIG NEWS ABOUT CHILDREN'S VACCINE

CHILDREN WILL GET ZYCOV-D VACCINE FROM OCTOBER 2021

At present, India has received one more vaccine to fight corona.  This vaccine is the Zykov-D vaccine of Zydus Cadila.  The vaccine has been approved for use by the Drug Control of General India.  The special thing about this vaccine is that it can be used for children as well, which means that this vaccine will be safe for children as well.  According to DBT Zykov-D, the corona virus vaccine will be the first DNA-based vaccine in the world.  There will be three doses of Zydus Cadillac vaccine.  So let's get a little more information about this in today's article.

 Who can get this vaccine?

Anyone over the age of 12 can get the vaccine, which means it is also safe for children.  The other two vaccines in the world are currently being administered to people older than 12 years of age.  Prior to this, the vaccine was only available to people aged 18 and above in India.

 How many doses of vaccine?

There are currently two phases of the vaccine in our country India, but this Zykov-D vaccine will be given in three phases.  The duration of these three phases will be something like, there will be an interval of 28 days between the first and second phases i.e. you will be given the second dose 28 days after the first dose of the vaccine and the third dose after 56 days.

Is this vaccine effective against the Delta variant?

The vaccine has been tested on 28,000 people across the country and is estimated to be 66.6 per cent effective.  The Zydus Cadillac company is claiming that their vaccine is also capable of coping with the Delta variant.  This DNA-based vaccine early detects mutations in the virus.

Is this a needleless vaccine?

According to the company, the vaccine does not use any type of needle and therefore does not cause any pain during vaccination.

 How is this vaccine kept?

The vaccine is kept at a temperature of 2-8 C.
